Maybe I should get a premium membership 30 days =9.99. 400 gold = 5.00.Once I do that I will still be short 4mil in credits.to cover that it's 9.99.

Im working on a tier VI Cruiser.(New Orleans).I have roughly 56k left in experience before I can unlock it.I have plenty of Elite XP I can convert.but guess what. Just not sure how the developers can justify it.I know they need to make money I get it.A small purchase here or there from the community but it seems wayyyyyy too much $$$įor instance a tier V Ship is 10,000 doubloons which is $39.99 in real world money.Everything seems to be locked behind a pay wall or you will have to grind forever.I've heard these premium ships dominate at all tiers. I've been playing the console version lately but since the marketplace is similar on the PC version, I need some help understanding how this is not "Pay to Win" model.Maybe its more like a "Pay to Avoid Grinding" Model.įirst of all I really enjoy the game and will to continue to do so.However, the cost of the marketplace seems INSAAAAAAANE to me.
